One of the great things about living in Tampa is myriad options for food, entertainment and sports, housing and retail.
One of the newest projects is continuing with the demolition this morning of a five story office building at the southwest corner of Dale Mabry and Interstate 275. The removal of the building in mid-town Tampa will help clear the way for the development of mixed used commercial and residential and hotel that will connect the Westshore district with the Tampa downtown.
The project will be complete in 2021 and at a proposed cost of 500 million dollars promises to add yet one more reason why the Tampa Bay area in one of the finest places to live in Florida.
